Basketsim component licensing The original revival web interface and presentation text are offered as a private-source client. Visitors may receive, cache and execute the browser code delivered by this authorized service to use the game. No development-source distribution permission is granted by this notice. Other rights may arise under applicable law, an earlier valid license or separately licensed material. The hosted gameplay implementation retains GPLv3-covered components, including adaptations of the original Basketsim program. Those components retain their GPL rights: redistribution and modification are permitted under GPLv3, without warranty. Original Basketsim has not been relicensed by this revival. Earlier GPL grants remain valid for the material they cover. This notice does not revoke them, override third-party licenses or restrict material that is not protected by copyright. Project-private terms apply only to rights controlled by the relevant revival copyright holders. No ownership of user content is claimed. Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected. The complete private-source terms follow. Required browser dependency notices are available at /third-party-notices.txt. They do not apply to the original Basketsim program, its adaptations, separately licensed dependencies, third-party notices or user-provided content. Authorized project maintainers may use and modify this material internally. When an authorized hosted service delivers executable browser copies, visitors may receive, cache and execute those copies to use that service. This permission does not grant access to or a right to redistribute the development source. Other copying, modification, distribution or sublicensing requires separate permission from the relevant copyright holders, except as permitted by law. Third-party licenses and mandatory statutory rights are unaffected. These terms do not restrict ideas, facts or other material outside copyright protection. They do not revoke any previously granted GPL or other license: recipients may continue exercising rights validly granted for earlier material under those terms. They neither grant an exception to someone else's GPL-covered code nor authorize distribution of a combined work in violation of its applicable licenses. To the extent permitted by applicable law, this material is provided without warranty, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and noninfringement. Mandatory rights remain unaffected.
